No more suby for me, sold as of september. my next car is 100% going to be a subaru. hopefully a 05 or 06 sti, or a swapped gc. i will keep this journal as i left it for nostalgia

My name's Adam. I live in west LA and i caught the subaru bug(eye) a few years ago, but saving up enough money to get my own was sort of a dream since my parents aren't the kind that dish out money--i had to save it all up on my own and then pay some back after i got it. Anyways, i paid it back and continued to (and still do) work for my dad doing autocad drafting for his lighting design business. I'm 18 and I'm about to go to UC Santa Barbara this fall. I'm planning on taking my wrx with me cause i don't think i can let it go, at least not at this point. I have gotten a little list of mods going with the money i make, and it was nice that i got to start from scratch; the car was stock when i bought it. It does have a lot of miles though so I'm not going to do anything too extreme unless the motor blows and i rebuild, but hopefully that won't happen too soon.
My friends mostly don't really care for cars, but thats ok cause its sorta my escape from them when i get annoyed or fed up. I live up on beverly glen so i get to go drive on mulholland pretty much whenever i want. its nice on weekend mornings.
