I would do one of the following if I am following your situation correctly: Go to the courthouse and begin a small claims dispute, or go talk to the Legal office on base. Remember, we get free legal assistance, so do not hesitate to use your resources. If you are stationed in SD, there are several locations available on either 32nd St. or NASNI.

04sti123: I'm sorry to hear about this but my findings in your car DO NOT match up to what you paid for mike didn't rebuild your car after the rock knock incident he took the cheap route and had it bored .20 over using stock piston rings not even matching bore. That's why your paying 6k to have it rebuilt and tuned. If you need me as a mechanical witness in small claims just let me knOw
