Default Nicole's - DC2 Race Car Build

Well some of you might know me from my original member journal Nicole's - Estrella 2006 WRX

Finally starting my new member journal with my new old car. I named my car Delilah in honor of my best friend may he RIP, U.S. ARMY Spc. Vincent A. Madero 27 August, 1985 - 17 October, 2007. Since I helped my best friend name his car, I thought it would be best to name my next car after his car and here it is!

I would like to thank John at Corner Speed Tuning ahead of time for his help and hard work. We make a great team.

-Nicole

Year/Make/Model: 1996 Honda Integra GS-R
Name: Delilah

The day I bought Delilah.

I have a lot of pictures that I will share in chronological order from the first day I bought her to current, lots of maintenance, installs, track prep, track days, photoshoots, driving and video clips.

Default Streets of Willow March-2011

i will start here... There was an oil change and pre-track maintenance inspection and a rear seat swap that i didn't get pictures of that i did prior to this...

The previous owner had this weird leather rear seat, which i was happy that he had given me all the original interior to throw it back in. So i changed that immediately back to the cloth.

This was the first time back to the track in my Integra. I was on a long hiatus from driving, i did a lot of track days with the Subaru. So it was a great feeling being back in my office. Did some instructing with some friends that were Subaru owners at Streets of Willow March of 2011. I didn't get any times for my car that day, i was just doing a shake down of the car and noticed my car was too low when the front mudflaps were dragging in the bowl. I had left everything as is from when i bought it from the previous owner. My main focus was to help my friends out with driving that day. I knew this car was going to be fun just by the little track time i had with it. I knew there was a lot of work to be done. None the less it was a great time.

Tires: All Season Nexen CP641
Coilovers: Skunk2 Pro S II

The pits

On track

Done for the day.
