Where can I get one? And what kind should I get, also is there a kibd where u can listen in into there radios, instead if it just beeping when there is a cop.

I believe the only legal ones are radar detectors.. Which only detect radars, not cops..

I think you're thinking of radar jammers...which are illegal, but they don't work anyway. Police scanners are simply radios that listen to what they're saying, and they are legal...as long as you are listening to cops for the sake of being an informed citizen. but if you use that information to aid in a crime, that's a different story.

To the OP, you can buy police scanners on Amazon.

yes there is an app, not sure how well it works though. i had it for a while but then deleted because i don't think it really worked.
